"The Orlando Show," as it is known in koi show circles, is one of the largest judged koi shows in the Eastern U.S., drawing entries from across the country. The goldfish show, now in its ninth year, has become the largest goldfish show in the country. In addition to the judged shows, there are over 35 vendors from across the nation with koi, goldfish, pond supplies, aquatic plants, garden art and more. Usually we have over 200 Koi entered and over 100 Goldfish. We hope you will drop by to enjoy seeing the very large and very fine Koi and most unique Goldfish.
Show Hours: Fri. March 6 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.; Sat. March 7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sun., March 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Note: Time change for Sunday.
The show is sponsored by four central clubs including the Florida East Coast Koi and Water Garden Club, Orlando Koi and Pond Club, the Rainbow River Koi Club, the Gainsville Koi Club, and the ZNA Southern Koi Association. Please note: The actual room rate is $110, which you will see if you click for details on the fees and taxes. The hotel assures that the resort fee will be waived at check-in. Their email to Mike McMahon says: "It shows with a resort fees which will be waived when the guest checks in on property."
